If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of the prepaid amount.

3.1 Return and Refund Policy for Products:

Products purchased from Aakallki beauty and wellness Centre can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please bring the product to our center along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return is approved, a full refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

3.2 Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Membership fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, such as relocation or prolonged illness, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the management.
